Why Are Eggs One Of the Best Foods?

In addition to the 13 essential vitamins and minerals it contains, the egg
contains complete proteins of excellent quality, mostly in the white (yellow
also contains proteins).
Egg white provides all the essential amino acids in the right proportions for
effective use, such as valine, leucine and isoleucine (branched amino acids
also called BCAA) that can inhibit muscle breakdown, save glycogen and increase
lean mass.
When I'm dry, the egg white can bring me a lot of protein with a minimum of
calories. I take them in mid-morning and afternoon snack to limit catabolism.
What Are the Benefits of Eggs?

Egg white proteins are so perfect that nutritionists often regard them as the basic
reference against which all other complete proteins are measured.
In scientific jargon, it is said that the egg has a great biological value.
This indicates the quality of the proteins and their coefficient of use for
developing tissues. On a scale where the index 100 represents the optimal use,
the egg proteins have a biological value of 93.7.
In comparison, this value is 84.5 for milk, 76 for fish, 74.3 for beef and 64
for wheat and rice.
These figures mean that your muscles can absorb egg proteins more easily than
those found in any other complete food.
This is probably why bodybuilding practitioners make egg whites a key part of
their diet.
What Does Egg White Contain?
Rich in protein including 50% albumin, it is the part of the egg that the bodybuilders
prefer.
Some people eat or rather swallow the raw egg white but this practice can be
very dangerous and not optimal if you want to assimilate the maximum of
protein.
Indeed, the cooking of eggs plays an important role in the digestion of proteins.
Why
Should I Eat Yellow?

If white contains
neither lipids nor cholesterol, it is not the case of yellow that contains good
cholesterol, good fats and a lot of interesting nutrients: zinc, choline,
lutein, omega-3, vitamin D .
Regarding cholesterol,
the latest research shows that the consumption of whole eggs is not harmful for
healthy adults.
So do not throw the
yellow especially because it will be your best friend to take muscle,
especially with vitamin D and cholesterol that will allow you to make more
testosterone.
